The FHLBC cordially invite you to Apollo University Lodge No.357 at the stunning 5 star Randolph Hotel in the centre of Oxford. This is a special event which will see visitors from many other light blues clubs and University scheme lodges attend.
The Meeting:
Two ceremonies will be worked, so there is something for everybody regardless of being an Entered Apprentice upward. The unique ‘Apollo Working’ is coupled with officers wearing formal court dress. The ceremonies also have multiple candidates (sometimes up to 8 for each), which is a real experience to observe.
The Festive Board:
Apollo has a reputation for a fantastic, fun and traditional festive board. A Champagne reception is followed by dinner with all the wine and port you can drink included in the dining fee. The menu will be provided in advance (closer to the event).
Travel:
If you would like to come but require transportation, please make this known in the comments box. A number of brethren will be driving from various locations, so we will do our best to pair you with a lift.
A small booking fee is added to cost of this event (to cover bank charges).
