We’re delighted to invite members to a Festive Board Lodge of Instruction, conducted by RW Bro Neil Connolly and attended by the Provincial Grand Director of Ceremonies, Assistant Provincial DC, and a Grand Lodge ADC. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience the Festive Board in full, guided by senior and highly respected officers who bring real depth, knowledge, and insight to the occasion.

The evening will take members step-by-step through the format of a traditional Festive Board, exploring not just howwe do things, but why we do them. From time-honoured customs to the heritage behind our toasts and traditions, this Lodge of Instruction promises to be both informative and thoroughly enjoyable. £35 per head, with places expected to fill quickly — an unmissable evening for anyone looking to deepen their understanding and appreciation of the Craft.

FHLBC Golf Day

Join fellow Light Blues for the FHLBC Golf Day on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 at The Hertsmere Golf Club. For £50 you’ll enjoy a bacon roll on arrival, 18 holes of golf, and a one-course dinner with presentations. A relaxed day to connect, network, and share good company in a non-masonic setting.

Join us on Saturday 7th June for an evening of food, music, and good company at the beautiful Mayflower Place in Hertingfordbury. Whether you are a long-standing member or relatively new to the FHLBC family, this is a great opportunity to relax, catch up, and enjoy the company of fellow Brethren and their families in a more informal setting.

What to expect on the night:

Fresh off the grill BBQ food, live music, garden games, and a well-stocked bar. In short, everything a summer evening should have.
