Join us at Gladsmuir Lodge No. 1385 for a special Second Degree meeting at Radlett Masonic Centre on Friday 30th October 2026.
Gladsmuir has a close relationship with the Fleet House Light Blues Club and is very much a Light Blues Lodge, making this a great opportunity for Club members not only to attend, but to get involved and take an active part in the ceremony.
FHLBC members are encouraged to take part by learning and delivering a short piece of ritual during the evening.
Nothing too daunting — it is a great opportunity to build confidence, learn something new and take an active role in a Second Degree alongside fellow Light Blues.
The Second Degree
Gladsmuir Lodge will conduct a Second Degree ceremony, including a special walking version of the Second Degree Tracing Board.
The presentation will also incorporate the Five Noble Orders of Architecture and the Seven Liberal Arts and Sciences, bringing some of the important themes of the Fellow Craft Degree to life in a slightly different and engaging way.
Solomon Academy Diploma Presentations
The evening will also include the presentation of the UGLE Solomon Academy Tie Pin to brethren who have successfully completed their Solomon Academy Diploma.
If you have completed your Diploma, this is an opportunity to have your pin formally presented while also supporting and encouraging other Light Blues in their own Daily Advancement in Masonic Knowledge.
